~The Captain Suite~

Located on the first floor, adjacent to the library and dining room is the large suite. With large bay windows overlooking the flow of traffic to downtown Hattiesburg and towards Petal, this Suite is named in honor Of Captain Dunn himself, as it was one of his favorite rooms to sit and watch the slow days drift by.

~The Magnolia Room~

The Magnolia Room is one of our most popular rooms. While not as large as the two Suites in the Dunn House, its view is second to none. Each of the three windows overlooking the bed has a great view of the back yard and pool. And in the evenings, the sunset turns this room into a charming place to relax and unwind.

Within steps down the hall is a beautiful balcony overlooking downtown Hattiesburg, or a cozy sitting area to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning.

~The Hub~

Named for the wonderful walk in window that highlights the room. One could pass the time away sitting enjoying the scenery of the Hub City, or enjoy a cup of tea in the sitting area.

The Hub room is a one of two master suites in the Dunn House. It features its own private bath facility as well as large closet space and a sitting area.

~Tranquility~


While not the largest or most eye-catching room in the Dunn House, one night here will leave you understanding the name. This room is adjacent to a wonderful balcony overlooking downtown Hattiesburg, and with a built in fireplace, will leave guests relaxed and loving every minute of their stay.

Tranquility shares a sitting area as well as spacious bath facility with the Magnolia Room.
